What personal information we collect

In the forms on our website, the user must accept their personal data processing by English Matters S.L.

Our website collectes personal information such as: name, surname, age, email, address and organizations’ data in courses for teachers’ applications. When it is necessary, specific information for billing must be required.

In programmes for teachers, the contact person of the school or institution and participants, will be considered responsible for providing the data of each others. In other programmes, the participant will be responsible for providing the contact person's data in case of emergency.

We keep your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Clients have the compromise to give true, exact, complete and actualize personal data, in case clients give to English Matters false personal data, the client will be responsible for the problem that this might cause to a third part.

It is necessary the parent consent for under age youngster that wish to reserve a place in English Matters´ Courses. It is forbidden the direct subscription of under age youngster.
